After another eventful year, CRM Brokers offices will close for Christmas and New Year on Tuesday 21st of December 2021 at 5pm. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday 4th of January 2022.

If you do experience an incident during this time, you will have direct access to Insurers. Please refer below to their contact numbers where they will assist you with your claim and then communicate their procedures to us when we re-open.

CRM Brokers has now integrated the specialist services of BPS Strata Maintenance, Excel Group Sydney, Urban Building Solutions to provide its clients with a 24 hour emergency mitigation and restoration services as soon as possible.

BPS Strata Maintenance offer a 24 hour / 7 day emergency service to CRM Brokers’ clients throughout NSW and ACT. They have a full team of tradesmen and specialist contractors on call to deliver a prompt response to mitigate the damage and disruption.

As Panel Repairers for CHU, SCI and Longitude, in the event of an insurance claim during this time, BPS are authorised to submit the claim on your behalf under our delegated authority and you will be advised accordingly.
