1. Eligibility. Entry is open to those Authorised Representatives and Distributors of CRM Brokers who appoint us to new accounts (via a Letter of Appointment (LOA)) or provide us with new account opportunities during the Promotion Period that we place with insurers (hereinafter referred to as New Bus).
• An LOA must have a policy due date within 6 months of its receipt.
2. Winners: Eligible Entrants will receive a choice of a Tier One prize upon attainment of five (5) New Bus. strata plans. Eligible Entrants will receive a choice of a Tier Two prize upon attainment of ten (10) New Bus. strata plans. Eligible Entrants will receive a choice of a Tier Three prize upon attainment of twenty (20) New Bus. strata plans.
3. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 08:00 AM AEST on 11th May 2018 and ends on 30th June 2018 at 11:59pm AEST. No entries will be eligible after this time.
4. How to Enter: To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the promotion period:

6. Special conditions: No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any travel, and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
7. Winners will be determined by calculation on Monday 2nd of July 2018 at 11:00AM.

Limitation of Liability: CRM Brokers, their associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law)
