CRM Brokers announce the Strata Services Business Award 2022

On Friday 29 July, the strata industry gathered at The Star for the annual SCA (NSW) CHU Strata Community Awards.

When presenting the CRM Brokers’ Strata Services Business Award, Damien Coorey, affirmed our commitment to the strata industry commenting what CRM Brokers will continue to do, is what we do best, insurance broking. Our focus on transparency dates as far back as 2011 being one of the first major brokerages in strata to remove commissions from quotes, as well as the fee we charged was the same for all quotes that we provided regardless of the difference in premium. Our client-focused strategy led us to feel a strong connection with the Strata Services Business Award.

The Strata Services Business Award recognises excellence in performance of Strata Services. It specifically recognises a business that has placed servicing at the heart of attaining significant and sustainable growth, whilst demonstrating specific strategies and processes to achieve servicing excellence over the previous 12 months.
