CRM Brokers appoints Head of Claims
CRM Brokers has named Ken Masina to take on the role of Head of Claims. Working alongside our dedicated in-house claims team, Ken’s leadership skills and extensive industry knowledge will aim to scale even greater heights of client satisfaction during the claims process.
Ken has over 12 years of insurance industry experience and comes to CRM Brokers from one of Australia’s largest strata insurance underwriting agencies, CHU.
In his new role, Ken will report to CRM Brokers Chief Operating Officer, Gordon Bell.
Commenting on the appointment, Gordon said: “I’m pleased to welcome Ken to CRM Brokers. His appointment could not come at a more poignant time for CRM Brokers. We are poised to deliver consistency in client service levels that most would class as market-leading. In addition, his extensive expertise and background in the insurance industry will strengthen our claims team.”
