Extended Promotion Period and Incentive Discounts Amendment – Effective 1st of September 2020
1. Incentive Discounts: Eligible Entrants will receive a choice of a Tier One incentive upon attainment of five (5) New Bus. strata plans, a choice of a Tier Two incentive upon attainment of nine (9) New Bus. strata plans, a choice of a Tier Three incentive upon attainment of eighteen (18) New Bus. strata plans, a choice of a Tier Four incentive upon attainment of thirty two (32) New Bus or a choice of a Tier Five incentive upon attainment of forty five (45) New Bus. strata plans.
2. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 08:00 AM AEST on 17th July 2020 and is extended until 21st of September 2020 at 11:59pm AEST. No entries will be eligible after this time.
3. Winners will be determined by calculation on Tuesday 6th of October 2020 at 11:00AM. Incentives must be redeemed within one month of the Winner being notified.
4. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.

Entry is open to those Authorised Representatives and Distributors of CRM Brokers who appoint us to new accounts (via a Letter of Appointment (LOA)) or provide us with new account opportunities during the Promotion Period that we place with insurers (hereinafter referred to as New Bus).
• A LOA must have a policy due date within 6 months of its receipt.
2. 3. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 08:00 AM AEST on 17th July 2020 and ends on 31st of August 2020 at 11:59pm AEST. No entries will be eligible after this time.
4. How to Enter: To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the promotion period:
• Simply provide all New Bus. details to your CRM Brokers Account Executive.

6. Special conditions: No cash or other incentive substitution permitted. The incentive is non-transferable. Any and all incentive-related expenses, including without limitation any travel, and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of incentive or transfer/assignment of incentive to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. The entry is subject to the use and distribution of CRM Broker’s updated FSG which now includes specific wording relating to incentive programs.
7. Winners will be determined by calculation on Tuesday 15th of September 2020 at 11:00AM. Incentives must be redeemed within one month of the Winner being notified.
8. Only one Tier is awarded as an incentive for each Winner

Limitation of Liability: CRM Brokers, their associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a incentive, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). CRM Brokers reserves the right to substitute or replace incentives to one of similar value at our discretion.
