Annual/Job Specific

Contract Works & Public Liability insurance provides cover against risks associated with civil, commercial and residential construction projects and is taken out by licensed builders and contractors when they commence a new residential or commercial building project.

The policy is designed to insure a building project (and materials on site); against loss or damage, covering the material damage as well as the legal liability for personal injury or property damage, for all works commenced during the period of insurance.

The annual policy can be configured as a transfer policy, run-off arrangement or project declaration policy. Cover is also provided for a specific construction project.

Trade Plus Construction

Trade Plus Construction Insurance can include simple to complex projects such as:

Single Building Contractors
Annual Building Contractors
Civil Contracts (single and annual)
Single Machinery Erection
Mining Contractors.

Contractor Machinery & Plant insurance covers physical loss or damage to your hired-in plant and machinery, whilst providing other additional benefits such as financial protection, breakdown, road risk and liability coverage.
